STEP 1.
Place threaded bolt through hole in part you want to fasten.  Thread bolt vertically into threaded ball located in slot (not to exceed 1/4 inch).

STEP 2.
Rotate bolt 90 degrees whereas it is parallel to and recessed into slot of fastener sleeve.

STEP 3.
With bolt recessed into slot, push fastener and bolt into installation hole.

STEP 4.
As fastener springs into a square position to the installation hole within the hollow wall, tighten bolt, keeping a small amount of back force on the bolt to facilitate tightening.  Tighten bolt to a snug fit, do not over tighten.
